Did you know....

I like tigers. They are so pretty.
Here's some fun facts about tigers.
Tigers are the biggest cats on the world.
A tiger can eat 100 pounds of meat a night! They need a lot of food because they go days between meals.
You can hear a tiger roar over a mile away!
A group of tigers is called a streak.
A tiger can leap as much as 10 feet in a single jump.
Tiger vision is six times better than a human at night.

Random facts about koalas

Koalas are often called koala bears but koalas are not bears, they are marsupials.

A koala spends 75% of their time sleeping.

Fossil remains of koala-like animals have been found dating back to 25 - 40 million years ago.

Koalas eat eucalyptus leaves.

Koalas seldom drink water obtaining it from the eucalyptus leaves, which are 50% consisting of water.

Each koala eats about 200 to 500 grams of leaves per day.

Random facts about frogs

Frogs can launch themselves over 20 times their own length!


The biggest kind of frog is the Goliath frog. Their bodies can reach about a foot long and their legs are at least that long!


Frogs don’t drink water they absorb it through their skin.


Neither frogs nor toads will give you warts. That is just a myth.


Did you know that only the male frog croaks?


Most frogs will starve before they eat a dead insect.


A mother frog can lay thousands of eggs at one time.


Scientists have found frogs fossils that date back to the Jurassic period over 140 million years ago! That's a long time!
